More about the festival:
“Oorzaken brings creators, stories, and audiences together around one of the most versatile and fast-growing forms of storytelling of our time: narrative audio.
From podcasts and documentaries to sound walks and immersive installations, we help this young (art) discipline develop. We take audio from the podcast app and turn it into a collective cultural experience: in theaters, museums, on the street, and online. Listening thus becomes more than an individual activity: it becomes an encounter, a conversation, and a shared experience.”
